PRAYER:

Dear Heavenly a gracious Father, I ask that through this writing that lives will be touched, lives will be blessed, loves will be healed, lives will be delivered, lives will be set free and lives will be empowered to grow forward in reaching their full potential in every area of their life, in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ Amen!

Greetings,
Sometimes in life, it seems that no matter how hard we work to keep things together, to keep things afloat, to keep everyone happy, to be responsible that we ourself become disappointed, forgotten about, unappreciated and not valued. It’s like we spend so much time speaking life into others but it’s not reciprocated. I remember asking God wants why does it hurt so much to give up who I am, Lord I give all of who I am, the best of who I am. In spite of all I experience my desire and attempt to give the best of who I am sometime is met with disregard. God let me know in a very small still voice that is when we give all of who we are it is not others that replenish our strength but it is him. Of course I immediately felt condemned and quickly repented but what God shared next was power, rejuvenation and Godly encouragement. God has made it clear that  we should never seek glory as glory is his.  So,  if you’re gifting of who you are for accolades, for personal acknowledgement then what you do is in vain. God continued saying those whom you’ve poured yourself into I WILL YET BLESS THROUGH YOUR GIVING BECAUSE THESE SOULS AND MINE AND I BLESS MY CHILDREN! I quickly. Caught that in the spirit, understanding that God uses whom he chooses and blesses whom he decides. We can either allow God to use us for his glory or we will to continue to walk in a wounded state if being because our grip has slipped in understanding that it is God that gifts us purpose not people. You see, people can let you down…but God, he will never let you down. He will never leave you or forsake you!

YOU’VE GOT TO HOLD ON

I myself have felt many times that all the good I do it seems like God is not there and no one understands. When in reality God has either gone ahead of us to clear our path or he’s gone into our past to settle the score with the enemy of our soul that he cannot bring up what we used to be and hold over us from moving forward in who God has called us to be! That’s love! This spiritually nutrition right here will cause you NOT TO LET YOUR GRIP SLIP! In fact, I believe it strengthens your grip! I mean, just imagine a golden rope falling from and anchored by Heaven as a life saver just for you… i’m sure the first instinct you have with all that you maybe experience in life is to grab a hold of this lifeline to pull you up out of the pain, circumstance or situation you are in the midst of. As the disappointment of life attempts to pull you back you tighten your grip ensuring your grip doesn’t slip, you know that you cannot go back to the way things were. God gives me such a vivid play-by-play movie in my-minds-eye that shows me the tug from this life while God extends himself to through this golden link to CHANGE! God himself knows our human instinct as he created us. He knows his love for us and our love for him (even in our weakest state) is what we need to not let our grip slip on hope!

As much as we would like to think we are the only ones that suffer, the only ones that experience hardship, the only ones that experience loss, the only ones that experience disappointment, the only ones that experience devaluing from others(or even self)in who we are…we are not alone! Satan would love for us to feel isolated on an island of desolation that he can ungodly wreak havoc upon our mind on upon our soul, upon our spirit and up upon our body by insisting God our creator doesn’t love us! This is one of the largest lies he tells! Whatever you do, DON’T LET YOUR GRIP SLIP!

Begin to literally picture in your spiritual and mental eye that the tighter you grip that golden rope the more you begin to move in the right direction. The direction of your faith, in the direction of hope, love, value, peace and strength. With each difficult grip you begin to understand that the gift of who you are, you so freely share with others was gifted to you by God himself. So, indeed all the glory belongs to God. You realize what great honor it is in service to pour into the lives that struggle like you once did or even yet do. You understand that if you just stay in your lane that you are less likely to run into spiritual traffic jams that cause you to run out of fuel (strength, compassion, understanding, self-love and love for others)becoming desperate…opening you up to walking in hurt and wounds.

THERE’S POWER IN YOUR SPIRITUAL GRIP

Don’t let your grip slip! There is power in the grip! Your grip will carry you through the difficult times into the glorious times! The grip you have will help someone else to make it to the lifesaver God for themselves! So don’t ever look at life the same for now you know a grip is transforming! Everything you do from now on, don’t give up and DON’T LET YOUR GRIP SLIP! You can’t afford to allow your goodness/future or your dreams slip because the grip will catapult you to collide with your destiny. So now you know DON’T LET YOUR GRIP SLIP!

I AM!

The two words “I AM” can either speak life or death to your spirit. Most assume that it is with great ease that you can look into a mirror see your reflection and speak to yourself with conviction in the positive.

If you have a great sense of self-confidence it maybe easier for you then it would be for someone that maybe struggling (we can’t compare reasons) to speak power into their lives. It’s always so much easier, when we can look into someone’s life and tell them that they will be successful, tell them that they will make it, to tell them that it shall be well. However when it comes to us telling those exact words to ourselves, the words may not flow as easily I may not seem as effective. What we need to understand is that we ourselves can be harder towards ourselves that our greatest perceived enemy. Wow, that was a mouthful but the good thing is, it’s also encouragement to those, that will receive it while knowing that when we look at ourselves in the mirror and the reflection if how we see ourself is looking right back at us. It’s staring us back in our face. God also is looking at us desiring us to see what he sees. Wow, we have the power through our Creator which allows us to stand and receive the positive and self love that we are attempting to gift ourselves. Many times we are harder on ourselves because, well, in reality we truly know wayyyyy-deep-down in that small yet powerful beating organ called our heart has already told us, directed us and moves us with each rhythmatic beat that we have purpose. Even if we may not yet know what that purpose is! Our heart knows sometimes what our brain doesn’t know… yes that sounds like an oxymoron a.k.a. backwards because the brain instructs every organ what and how to function. However there’s something a little bit different about our heart. It communicates what are brain refuses to transmit.❤
Our heart comes from God, contained within our heart is the DNA of God. Which tells me that if we have the DNA of God we are created to be successful, victorious and we are created to win.

KINDNESS TO SELF IS A GIFT

This is exactly why it is important that we give ourselves grace. The truth of the matter is, God loves us regardless of our mess ups, our mistakes, our bad choices and in spite of our sin he loves us because we are his. We cannot get this confused with God hating the sin. God hates sin because he sees what it does to our lives. God hates sin because he sees how it destroys us. God has shown us into very specific ways (while sometimes we can’t yet see it)that he loves us enough to die for. The first way in which he has shown us is that brought us fourth to the earth… however the greatest way is… he sent his son to come here where we are and die for our sins. Jesus came to pay the penalty for sins he did not commit as he stood in proxy to receive the punishment that we ourselves because of sin should have received. I share this to encourage you to know that because we are greatly loved by God he wants the best for us in every way. This is why our heart beats to the rhythm of his heart. This is why he gives us purpose. This is why he gives us ideas. When we don’t feel strong enough to put into effect our ideas, he continues to allow it to rise up in our hearts and our souls over and over and over again. I know for me, there were many things I did not think I was capable of doing although I have the ability to do it and I would always put it on the “back burner”. However although on the back burner on simmer, every now and then God will turn up the heat of that dream, that goal, that purpose will boil over with fiery possibility.

So, take the opportunity to look regularly and often at beautiful you in the mirror and say to yourself, I AM all that God says I am, to say I am promise and possibility with a capital P! One of my favorite gospel singers Jekalyn Carr  says “everything that Satan tells me I am I tell him I am not and everything Satan tells me I cannot do I tell him I can.”

Like myself I know many have gone through what I’ve experienced and even much much more. The key thing to remember is that before the beginning of time God predestined you to be exactly where you are. He knew that the things that you may be experiencing now that may make it difficult for you to look into the mirror greeting your beautiful reflection and say the wonderful and great things to yourself that you deserve. All that we shall experience is of no surprise to God. Our experience allows us to grow forward into how God already sees us. When God looks at us he does not look at what’s wrong with us he looks at us and our victory, he looks at us through the filtered blood of Jesus Christ which allows him to see that which he has called fourth!

YOU HAVE CHEERLEADERS

We here at Mommy girl media stand with you, praying with and for you, while holding your hand cheering you on to allow the heartbeat of your dreams to cast down the accusations of Satan and all of those that are committed to not celebrating the wonderful that you are. God knows what we need, he knows who we need. We do not need a million people to like us what we do need is God’s grace love and power to gift us the courage to love ourselves. To
acknowledge our imperfections/our stumbles while handing them off to God…while we move forward from developing in a cocoon to bursting through it and allowing our graceful yet powerful wings to take flight in the winds of opportunity! Catch that in the spirit!

Remember to First to acknowledge God often, seek his guidance, be gracious to yourself, remember to compliment yourself generously, remember to understand, that although you have set goals for yourself the ultimate goal is to love who you are. When you love yourself you are able to love and help others. I’m sure most of us have been through enough to understand that what we have been through is enough hurt regardless of our ages and our experiences for a multitude of people for a lifetime. God wants us to never forget where he has brought us from but he wants us to focus more on where he is leading us. So, if we can just keep in mind that on the other side of our going through difficultly/adversity, awaits our victory, success is awaiting us, opportunity is awaiting us and lives to be touched by that beautiful reflection of God’s love staring back at you in the mirror of life!

Let’s change the words following “I AM” that you may temporarily use in every negative sense, to words that follow in the positive. From personal experience I believe you will see positive and effective change from the inside out! Lastly, let’s remember that weakness really does signify strength because it is through our weakness of surrendering all that which is painful and hurtful, that it is God’s strength carries us into our next level of I AM WHAT GOD SAYS I AM!

The Gift of A New Day

The Gift of A New Day

Your first words in the morning set the tone for your day. We all have different schedules so our mornings can truly be any time of the day! What is truly important is your introduction to each morning. The most difficult part of this introduction is already made for you by God. He packaged perfectly your personal gift with the most beautiful bow of all…his love!  So, If you wake up complaining/fusing/angry rather than being thankful/appreciative…you’ve already failed to realize that you’re 100% more blessed than those that didn’t get witness this new day. By not appreciating or fully appreciating this new opportunity, it places you at a disadvantage before the wings of your day can shake off all of yesterday’s disappointments, goals not accomplished and even blessings not received. So today, yes today is that day, you refuse to allow the weights of yesterday, yesterday year stop you from being the blessed strength you are. Remember that if our day starts with negativity and gratefulness, you now invite, strife, chaos, confusion, negative engagements that all unnecessary and potentially destructive to the best of you that you can share with the world. Now that you’ve read the first paragraph and you feel that this speaks to you….stop, pray, center yourself in the Lord and proclaim and declare your goals for the gift you have personally been given. Defeated words, wound your spirit and place limitations on you gifting the best of who you are.

RELAX:

Listen, I get it, life is not always easy but the burdens of the Lord are always light, thus he invites you to give all that concerns you life to him (please read Matthew 11:28-30). God wants you/us  to enjoy our life. He didn’t gift life so that we journey through it permanently wounded, not working through the multitude of disappointments we refuse to let go. Check this out, in reality, holding on to every wound, hurt, injustice only restricts and even prevents us from maximizing and reaching our daily potential that prevents us from reaching our weekly, monthly, yearly and finally it stops us from colliding with your DESTINY!

To each of you that may not see a brighter day, the expectation of a positive outcome or even the healing of what you’re going through to perhaps make sense today because you’ve chosen to show up, suit up and boot up, understanding that regardless what comes your way this day, yesterday is gone, today there is a plethora of opportunities and blessings assigned to your life, waiting to attach to you but your mindset (even if behavior hasn’t yet caught up, you must start somewhere) but you must be in alignment that the universe releases what God says belongs to you! Trust me, I had days that have been so difficult and many of you are right now experiencing such great difficulty that you may even feel so weak that you can’t even utter the words to pray… but the awesome thing about that is, God has given us an even more powerful gift, a comforter,  one that will go before him on our behalf and plead our cases. One that can pray what we don’t even know to pray and one that stands before God as our advocate sharing with God all that we cannot. In the continued beautiful and power this gift is , that God listens because he is concerned for YOU/US. This comforter is called the Holy Ghost/holy spirit. It’s specific assignment is to lead us and guide us into all truth while comforting us. That tells me that God knows that we are going to experience some difficult and devastating times… so God himself has an effective solution for the areas of your life you struggle in…and if that is not encouraging for you, know that he sent his only begotten son to die just for you do you/we may be reconciled to him beyond our sin!

YOU SO GOT THIS:

My parents used to always tell me that things could be so much worse. So in closing, we have to stop looking for things to be defeated in, as we find things no one else ever thinks of us and in reality don’t have the time to think as they are struggling in their own life battles. Stop and focus on your blessings spiritually, tangible as well as your achievements, your opportunities, your goodness… Focus on the goodness of God that is allowed you to witness a brand-new day. Sometimes we really don’t take the time to “smell the roses,” or to understand what a brand-new day is. A brand-new day actually has  never been seen before, it’s never been witnessed before,  it is indeed a gift wrapped up packaged and presented to us just because God loves us. He could have given us a beat up day with no promise, a day used up, defiled and contaminated. However, the purpose of a brand-new morning/day is to remind us that all that we’ve done yesterday is gone and over with so all that we did not get right yesterday, we can work on getting right today with the Lord’s gentle hand and guidance . That is a merciful, compassionate creator that thought about YOU to get you off to the best advantage and commence the beginning of GREATNESS TO COME YOUR WAY
